PU vinyl is thinner and more stretchable so they feel like a part of the garment, PVC being thicker means they’re less flexible.PU is safe for Children, but PVC not: PU films are CPSIA certified so you can safely use them to decorate your kids’ clothes as well as other accessories. But PVC is not considered to be as safe for young children who may mouth the garment and its applique. So PVC only is used to decorate garments for adult wearers.PU is long-lasting than PVC: Thanks to the strong stretchy, PU is more long-lasting and does not easily peel off, fade or crack no matter how many times you wash them. It is recommended to use a piece of scrap and test it on a scrap shirt.

HTV creates adhesion when heated. If it doesn’t stick well, it might be due to low temperatures. Try raising the ironing machine’s temperature slowly.
