Customers find the engraving pen easy to use with straightforward setup and appreciate its versatility, with one mentioning it’s great for intricate details and small projects. Moreover, they enjoy using it and consider it a great tool for craft and engraving work. However, the build quality receives mixed feedback, with customers noting the tip wobbles badly during use. Additionally, the battery life is about 45 minutes, and while the performance is generally positive, customers report it can’t engrave properly on metal and wood.
